As the name suggests, this training package makes wine easy for staff to understand, even if they are new to wine or hospitality.

A common issue with hospitality staff's wine knowledge is not that no training is provided, but that training isn't fit for purpose.
Far too often, staff are completely overwhelmed in wine training sessions, due to too much information being thrown at them in a short period of time, using wine-related words and phrases that mean nothing to them. As a result, they learn very little.

Hospovin are breaking the mould on this kind of traditional wine training and resolving the staff wine knowledge gap for our hospitality clients. We use our own unique, easy to understand training methods, in relaxed, fun sessions, which genuinely engage staff of all experience levels, improving both their wine knowledge and wine confidence.

Selling wine and recommending wine to guests is something that the vast majority of hospitality staff desperately struggle with.
Often the issue with wine training is that, despite learning general facts about wine, staff struggle to gain genuine wine confidence from the training. As a result, this delivers no improvements in either guest experience or average spend for their business.
'Selling wine with confidence' is a Hospovin training session built to address these staff struggles with wine confidence, and sales.
Our sessions entirely change the mindset about wine, giving teams a knowledge of what wine consumers actually want to know about a wine, and how the team can use this to recommend wines and deliver sales impact for their business.
